Every tool arrival creates a coordination burden: shipping personnel, riggers, OEM contacts, fab placement, ancillary hook-ups. When those tasks fall to your internal engineers and technicians, it pulls them off higher-value work. We own the entire equipment setup process so they don't have to.From the moment your equipment arrives at the loading dock, we take over — inventorying containers, coordinating transfer with riggers, performing detailed cleaning, and managing placement and leveling of both process and ancillary equipment in the fab. Our project management team tracks every milestone in NTrack and provides real-time reporting against your project structure, so you have full visibility without managing the process yourself.
- Arrival monitoring alongside fab shipping and receiving personnel
- Container inventory to confirm all critical components received
- Equipment transfer coordination with riggers to the pre-fab setup area
- Process equipment placement, leveling, and ancillary positioning in fab
- Dedicated safety spotters on-site throughout

Tool installation in the fab requires the hook-up of electrical wiring, gas lines, and vacuum. However, there is ancillary equipment that also needs proper placement and connection to the primary process equipment to optimize performance. In most cases, hooking up ancillary equipment does not require the expertise of a fab technician, fab equipment engineer, OEM field service engineer, electrician, or plumber. Yet, these resources are often utilized for these types of connections at considerable expense. With our equipment hook-up services, we can address this gap in resources and service, making ancillary equipment hook-ups more cost-effective and efficient.
- Run lines, cables, cords, hoses, etc. between equipment (mainframe) and support equipment, e.g., chilllers, RF rack, and more
- Source materials and trades as required
- Coordinate with OEM and fab points-of-contact to ensure placement of interconnects are in the proper layout

Preventive maintenance is essential for semiconductor fab tools, ensuring performance, longevity, and reduced downtime. By detecting issues early, it prevents costly breakdowns, while regular tasks like chamber cleaning, alignment checks, and leak detection maintain process accuracy. This proactive approach extends tool lifespan, protecting your significant investment and maximizing ROI.While critical to asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance can be repetitive and time-consuming. By taking full ownership of these tasks in collaboration with OEMs, we enable your team to focus on high-value activities. Our legacy support contracts also maintain older equipment, freeing up resources for new technology.
- Perform routine, thorough inspections to SOPs
- Inspect and execute effective repairs replacements
- Check calibration of measurement instruments
- Test safety features and emergency shutdown systems
- Report accurately and efficiently
